Our candidate for Ohio House of Representatives 91st district

Meet Amy Wright

People… They are the reason behind this entire campaign. For most of my adult life, I have dedicated my career to serving people as a mental health therapist, working with individuals across the full lifespan. That experience has taught me the importance of listening, understanding, and meeting people where they are. Now, I’m taking that commitment to service to the Statehouse. When elected, I will be dedicated to serving every person in our district and making sure their voices are heard. I will serve with passion, grace, and dignity, always putting people first and working to build a stronger community for everyone.

My focus...

The Issues facing all of us...

When I am elected, I will focus on the issues that are affecting Ohio families every day. Public education, Healthcare, and affordability will be among my immediate priorities. I believe public education is under attack, and it is time for the State of Ohio to stand behind our public schools. Our schools deserve the resources they need to give every student the opportunity to succeed. We must properly fund public education at the state level so that the burden does not continue falling on local communities and property taxpayers. I also believe healthcare should be affordable and accessible for everyone, including our seniors, our children, and the hardworking middle-class families who are doing everything they can to get ahead. No Ohioan should have to choose between taking care of their health and keeping food on the table. Ohio families deserve a state government that listens, invests in their communities, and puts people first. That is the kind of representative I intend to be.
